Today’s Horn African is all about obtaining money. And this is because money is in contrast to poverty. We believe the answer to our troubles is academia, when this is only a band-aid for solutions. Most Horn Africans are proud about their achievements and go on to climb corporate ladders. But no one asks how we have gotten to the point of desiring wealth as it being the only solution to our issues, and coaching others how to do the same. If any Horn African thinks that getting a Masters, a Ph.D, or Doctorate is the epitome of success in life, then that person has clearly lost their way in understanding the power they have in the culture we once thrived in. Because of the redirection of goals in achieving ያሁአ, or getting a Ph.D. in ያሁአ, we have no protection in the diaspora. We have to acquiesce to the terms and conditions that are not of our own culture. Many outside cultures want to understand Horn Africans, but soon, we’ll be just like them in their culture with no defining differences as a people who used to influence the world. We already influence others by saying that Ethiopia wasn’t colonized, and yet, we are colonized into other lifestyles that aren’t our own.
We have become comfortable with achieving academia and receiving no political power to protect our people. Here’s a question, what measures are taught in college to protect our people? What is taught in grade schools about the regions of Ethiopia and our people? The only interest outsiders have is land acquisitions of our Ethiopian regions to make money through tourism and land resources. We are worth nothing to the elite unless we are making money for them. So we seek to get degrees to work for them, causing them to become rich from what we were taught by them.
Achieving a Ph.D. in ያሁአ causes a chain reaction of wealth, protection against our enemies from ያሁአ, access to land resources, and favor to venture in any industry for our people. We do not have that power as a people as of now, all we have is employment. Ok, so now you’re wealthy with a degree, now what? What’s your plan to fill in the gap for our people suffering? Will your job help? Will your contributions to organizations help our people, which actually don’t reach our people? We are being exploited through academia and also exploited through our donations to organizations that take our money and not give a dime to our people, and they continue to ask for money.
Do you believe you have accomplished something in life with a degree, even though your degree was free? Do you think you are making a difference in society with the knowledge you were taught, which is to be an employee and not a business owner to serve your enemies? At what point do you awake from your slumber of “America (and any other country) is the golden ticket” mindset? Getting a Ph.D. in ያሁአ will answer to all the inquiries with a solution to assisting our people. Just as you went to the university to achieve certain goals for your personal edification, you should venture into achieving your Ph’D. in ያሁአ in order to receive your readmission back into the culture, which we reigned in power as a people under ያሁአ Choosing a degree will NOT leverage power for our people, it just makes us employees.
Call on ያሁአ today, he’s the savior for our people and he can rebuild our culture to make us a powerhouse to the nations, only if we as a people will return back to him.
His name is ያሁአ, and the Prophet has spoken for the people of him.
